Who We Are

ACESA – Community Association for Education, Health and Agriculture is a private, non-profit legal entity operating at the provincial level, with its headquarters in the city of Beira. It has legal personality and administrative, financial, and asset autonomy. ACESA does not pursue political objectives and operates exclusively in the service of human and community development.

Its purpose is to support and implement actions that promote the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life and the protection of the environment, through integrated initiatives in the areas of education, health, and sustainable agriculture. It works in partnership with communities, public and private institutions, both national and international, promoting community development projects, research, cooperation, and knowledge sharing.

ACESA was born from a vision deeply rooted in faith and a commitment to the common good. Driven by a strong sense of mission, its founder invited others who shared the same ideals to join this community initiative. What began as a personal dream evolved into a collective vision, formally established and legally recognized on February 17, 2022, with direct impact on communities, particularly in the areas of education, health, and agriculture.

Inspired by the motto “The Light of Hope,” ACESA aims to establish itself as a positive reference, especially in rural communities, contributing innovative, creative, and sustainable solutions to social, economic, and environmental challenges, while promoting dignity, citizenship, and a better future for all.
